What the form collects

Your name, email address and current website address. These details are used to review your redesign request and respond to you. The form does not sign you up to marketing emails.

When you test this local preview

With no production services connected, test submissions are stored on the computer running this preview. They are not emailed or sent to an AI provider. Please use sample details while testing.

Payments

If you choose a website plan, payment details are entered on a page hosted by Stripe and are never stored by Australian Websites. Stripe calculates GST from the billing address you provide and sends your receipts. We keep the subscription status and the email address Stripe confirms so we can set up and support your website.

Before public launch

We’ll publish the operator’s contact details, service providers, retention period and how to access or remove your information. The production request form remains closed until its launch settings are enabled.
